Origin:
The story of how Hé came to be is a sad one.
It all began with a hero who referred to themself as Zodiac, who switched between several Miraculouses during their prime.
Or more precisely, it started from a wish that Zodiac made as they possessed both Miraculouses of Creation and Destruction. A wish to be capable of saving two lives, instead of being forced to choose only one to survive.
Zodiac's wish came true, but at what cost.
As balance had to be maintained, a price had to be paid. And so the Gaia herself took away Zodiac's being. The price they paid was to be completely wiped out of existence, their living memory being removed from the Earth.
But Zodiac didn't die, no, they merely waited, meditated, trapped outside of time and space. Lone and afraid of the cage without an exit nor entrance, the hero cried for the Universe to let them go. But the universe wouldn't answer.
All the time that was and would be passed in a blink of an eye, yet Zodiac was lone.
Until the remaining Ki, the imprint of the kwamis they'd been affiliated with took form of a tiny panda.
The panda looked at Zodiac, who stared right back, before it smiled and introduced itself as Hé, to mean peace and harmony, as with the appearance of the Kwami, Zodiac was finally at peace.
The newborn kwami made their metal bracelet its home, giving the shattered hero the ability to become a hero called "Chat Ours" (French), Bear Cat, as in the original language of the Zodiac, the Panda was called kumaneko.
Hé
Abilities:
The ability that is granted to those who become Chat Ours is tied to balance, but it's main usage is healing.
Hé isn't exactly tied to this plane of being and thus when the miraculous is equipped, it's possible there to be some unexpected effects such as Chat Ours seemingly appearing out of thin air. Or stepping outside of his hat.
However, this is just misdirectioning and not actual travel through time and space.
Holder:
The person who can successfully yield the power of the Panda Miraculous is the one who is capable of bringing harmony amongst the people, they must be just and fair, and willing to give a chance to those who are ready to try. One could be as bold as to state that you need to be at peace with both light and dark to be able to even make this kwami show itself.
Miraculous
Miraculous:
The Miraculous to which the kwami is tied to is a simple metal bracelet, this ties back to the fact that the Zodiac wasn't exactly traditional personality, and the miraculous being newer than for example the Turtle Miraculous.
When using the healing power, the time until detransformation is counted by the five toes of the bear foot print, similar to Chat Noir's.
Hero costume:
The Chat Ours' costume is a mix of traditional Shaolin monk and your usual spandex superhero clothes. The asymmetric design of black and white is a nod to the balancing nature of the hero themself.
Their attire is finished by a straw hat and a battle staff.
Powers:
Hat trick:
As stated before, the kwami isn't exactly part of this world, and thus can cause the miraculous holder to phase through things as a ghost. This can be somewhat controlled with the hat by throwing it to the area you wish to enter, it is possible for you to enter the said area through the hat.
One of the favourite tricks of the current Chat Ours is to visibly pull the hat down and dissappear inside of it, only to reappear once the time asks for it or when the enemy happens to throw the hat away in frustration.
Healing:
Now this is the true ability of the Panda Miraculous. By uttering either the words Harmony or Discord, Chat Ours can either heal wounds and repair other Miraculouses or inflict pain on them. Only one can be used during the transformation and using the Discord ability is more painful on the bearer than it is to heal as destruction isn't what the miraculous was created for, much like how Nooroo and Duuzu weren't created to make villains.

Let's just say that I'm not going to attempt to make 3D art for a while, especially for the kwami, the shading of it is so hard and tasking that I just went with the original test instead of drawing it in a pose. And don't even start with the bracelet. Goodness, it took way too long to make. Next time I'll stick with 2D style because what.
Plus the intense 3D drawing is very bad for my wrist. Not to mention that I constantly had to merge down the layers because of memory problems on my device akfvakdbsjf.
